Lifespan Religious Education Sunday Service Registration
Fill out this form for each family attending the service.
What to expect: Your mask must be worn while you are in the sanctuary for those over 5 years old. Other places in the building masks are optional. Upon arrival, check in with the LRE host in the foyer. We will all start Sunday service together in the sanctuary. After "Time for all Ages," children will retire to to the LRE wing together for their lesson, music and arts and crafts. Parents will pick up their child(ren) after the service in the LRE wing at 11:45 AM.
